Denise Krahn
Board member, Black Belt, and one of Germany's most successful Jiu-Jitsu athletes.
Denise is a board member at IMAG e.V. and, together with Frank Burczynski and Björn Rudolph, responsible for membership administration. She also runs the club's social media presence and merchandise, and is especially involved in the kids' and youth program.
As a coach, she teaches kids, teens and adults across all skill levels. She places particular value on a positive training atmosphere, technical variety, and a respectful community in which everyone can develop at their own pace.
As an active competitor, too, Denise ranks among the most successful Jiu-Jitsu athletes in Germany. She spent many years on the national squad as well as in the German Armed Forces' elite sports program. For her outstanding athletic achievements, she was awarded the Silbernes Lorbeerblatt (Silver Laurel Leaf) – Germany's highest state honor for sporting success.
